RE-Invest was founded in 2026 to give institutional-grade housing forecasts to investors who don't want to buy a six-figure enterprise subscription or trust a black-box dashboard.

We built the platform because the best data — from the BLS, Census, FHFA, HUD, and FRED — is already public, already excellent, and already underused. The gap isn't data. The gap is turning that data into forecasts you can defend in a memo.

We publish our data sources, our methodology, and our forecast errors. We'd rather lose a subscriber to skepticism than win one to misplaced trust.

Federal and open datasets are extraordinarily rich — the constraint isn't data access, it's turning it into decisions. That's where we spend our effort.

Hiring

We're looking for a founding data engineer.

You'll own the ingestion pipeline across seven federal data sources, ship the forecast refresh every month, and work directly with the founder on methodology. Python + Postgres + AWS Lambda. Equity-heavy.
